Are you looking for a unique and rewarding way to engage your team in a meaningful outdoor experience? Look no further! Our Trail Ambassador Program offers an exciting opportunity for your employees to give back to the community, connect with nature, and make a positive impact on the environment.
**How It Works:** **Orientation:** When your group begins your day of service with TKO, our staff will provide you with a welcome and orientation for the day. We will equip you with all you’ll need to know to help support hikers in feeling safe and welcome on their outdoor adventures for the day. **Education and outreach:** Your volunteer team will work hand in hand with our seasoned Lead Ambassadors and staff to do hiker education and outreach activities. This may include talking to folks about leave no trace, hike options in the area and hiking the trails together as well! **Environmental Awareness:** Throughout the experience, our dedicated experts will educate your team about the importance of preserving biodiversity, reducing human impact on the environment through education, and promoting responsible hiking practices. **Team-Building Opportunities:** Engaging in collaborative trail projects fosters team-building and camaraderie among your employees. They will learn to rely on each other, communicate effectively, and tackle challenges as a united front. **Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):** For corporate teams, this program aligns perfectly with your organization’s ethos of giving back to the community and supporting eco-friendly initiatives by providing a real-world way of demonstrating your commitment to CSR initiatives. *Ready to get your group out on trail?
