What to expect: We will be prepping, cooking, boxing, and cleaning when volunteering. We ask you to bring comfortable work shoes and wear appropriate clothing to cook in. Each shift is about 3 hours (11 am-2 pm, 2pm-5pm) but you can stay longer if you like. Please do not come in if sick for the safety of others and staff.
This shift is for meal prep in our kitchen preparing food for the community. This shift will consist of preparing and cooking, packaging meals, and cleaning and dishes. Be prepared to cut a lot of onions! Please wear comfortable but not revealing clothes, closed-toed shoes, hair tied up or in a hat or wrap, and a face mask.
